Tick Your Tour operates an online platform for discovering and booking tourism and leisure experiences (the “Services”).

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence) to make a booking, or have a parent/guardian complete the booking on behalf of minors.

You confirm that all information you provide (name, phone, email, identity proof, guest counts) is accurate and complete.

Package details, inclusions, exclusions, timing, capacity, and pricing shown on the website are indicative and may be updated for operational or safety reasons.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment of the required amount (advance or full payment, as selected at checkout) and you receive a confirmation with your booking reference.

Shared and private modes, guest categories (adult/child/kid), extras, and boat counts are charged as displayed at checkout. Final payable amounts include applicable taxes (such as GST) as shown before payment.

We accept online payments through authorised payment gateways (for example Stripe / other bank or UPI partners enabled on our checkout).

You may be offered a partial (advance) payment option or full payment, depending on the package. Any remaining balance must be paid as communicated in your confirmation or by our team before the experience.

Card and wallet data are processed by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

For certain experiences we may require government ID proof (such as Aadhaar, passport, driving licence, or voter ID) and your consent to collect it for safety and compliance.

Providing false or incomplete ID may result in denial of boarding without refund beyond what our Cancellation & Refund Policy allows.

Customer-initiated cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the booking value, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Experiences may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather, water conditions, safety, government restrictions, technical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where we cancel an experience for operational or safety reasons, we will offer a reschedule or refund as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We are not liable for costs you incur (travel, stay, etc.) due to delays or cancellations outside our control.

Guests must follow crew instructions, safety briefings, and applicable laws during the experience.

We may refuse participation to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, or creates a safety risk, without obligation to refund beyond our refund policy.

Personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times.

We act as an organiser / booking platform for experiences that may be delivered with partner operators, vessels, or venues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tick Your Tour is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for injury, loss, or damage caused by partner operators, third-party transport, or events beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Website content, branding, logos, and package materials belong to Tick Your Tour or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
