Tick Your Tour Private Limited strives to provide excellent services for a pleasant and memorable experience. We ensure safety and clear communication between you, the tour escort, and the company.
1. Booking Process & Confirmation
After paying the suggested advance, the booking process begins immediately.
You will receive a confirmation email with a Declaration form within 48 hours.
The Declaration form includes accurate services and tour tariffs based on agreements with our vendors.
2. Errors, Changes & Flexibility
Any errors in the Declaration can be resolved by contacting our Sales Representatives.
Changes or additional services can be updated in the Declaration and re-sent.
Our services are flexible and can be altered anytime until the departure date.
We reserve the right to modify information (itinerary, price, dates, accommodations) due to unforeseen events.
3. Liabilities & Our Limitations
We are a Tour Operator only. We do not own or control airlines, transport, or accommodations.
We clearly state that the ticketing service is not executed directly by Tick Your Tour. Cancellation fees apply as per the ticketing platform terms.
We are not responsible for any damages, injury, or personal harm caused by third-party services.
Clients must comply with all partner/supplier terms and conditions.
4. Rate Modifications & Additional Charges
Rates are based on prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels/airlines can change rates without notice, and we may adjust accordingly.
If there are increases in entrance fees, taxes, or other charges, we will inform you and charge accordingly.
5. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure
Weather, road conditions, or physical ability may require itinerary changes.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules for safety, comfort, and well-being.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or additional expenses due to events like natural disasters, accidents, political disruptions, or transport breakdowns.
We provide support with feasible alternative plans in such situations.
6. Insurance & Property Responsibility
We do not cover insurance for accidents, sickness, or theft unless purchased through us.
Clients are responsible for their personal property at all times.
7. Advance Payment & Balance
A certain advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Balance can be paid before departure or upon arrival, as advised by your Sales Executive.
Only Field Management personnel or vendors introduced by us can approve later payments.
For special train journeys, peak-season bookings (e.g., Christmas, New Year), 50% or full advance payment may be required.
8. Payment Methods, GST & Convenience Fees
Taxes: We charge the customer 5% GST of the Tour Package.
Online Card Payments: We accept online payments (credit/debit cards or any other Cards) with a 2% convenience fee & Card GST applicable.
Zero Convenience Fee: Zero convenience fees apply to UPI Transfers or Net Banking Transfers.
9. Conclusion
We are fully transparent with our guests, and all details, including our processes, are clearly shared.
